HOW TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION?<\/h6>\n

A credit card is required to confirm a reservation.<\/p>\n

IT NEEDS A DEPOSIT TO BOOK?<\/h6>\n

The booking does not need any deposit, but it\u2019s necessary to provide at least a guest\u2019s credit card data.
\nOnly after receiving these informations, the reservation will be confirmed.<\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?<\/h6>\n

Up to 7 days before arrival, the reservation free of charge can be cancelled.
\nThe customer pays total amount if he cancels within 7 days before arrival or in case of No Show.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

WHEN THE DIMORE MUST BE PAID?<\/h6>\n

Dimore Payment is due upon arrival guest, when the keys are handed.
\nAt the check-in time may be required a credit card to charge any extra services used during your stay.<\/p>\n

HOW TO PAY FOR THE STAY?<\/h6>\n

We accept credits cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Cirrus, Postapay, or cash. We do not accept bank checks.
\nAt arrival we reserve to check the credit card by pre-authorization or by a small prepayment of 1.00 euro, which will be recharged at paying time.<\/p>\n

CHILDRENS PAYMENT<\/h6>\n

Stays free of charge for cots, a child under 2 years.
\nStays free of charge for a child under 12 years.
\nExtra beds EUR 20 per night are charged for childrens older 12 years old or adults.<\/p>\n

WHICH COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RATE?<\/h6>\n

The daily rate includes VAT. It does not include the tourist tax of 2 \u20ac per person per night.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN?<\/h6>\n

For check-in our staff meets the guest in our headquarter in Piazza Castello n.18 Vicenza and takes him to his apartment.
\nTo avoid any waiting times we reccomend guests to contact us by telephone number +39 334 9874408 (or +39 0444 750 565) at least 1 hour before their arrival.<\/p>\n

WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN?<\/h6>\n

Check-in and key delivery are from 15:00 \u2013 to 20:00 hours on arrival day and will be made by our staff, that also provides to cash in on the full balance.
\nWe recomanded guests to contact telephone number: +39 334 9874408 (or +39 0444 750 565) at least 1 hour before arrival.
\nLate check-in expected an extra charge.<\/p>\n

WHERE ARE THE APARTMENTS?<\/h6>\n

Dwellings are located in Piazza Castello n. 18, center of Vicenza, in the heart of the city, limited traffic zone, convenient to all the services: shops bars, taxis and buses.
\nYou find the train station at 5-minute walk; also at 5 minutes are the Basilica of Palladio and the Teatro Olimpico.<\/p>\n

HOW CAN I GET THE RESIDENCES BY CAR?<\/h6>\n

Using our private parking you can get directly to us in our parking, in Piazza Castello n. 18, entering the Limited Traffic Zone.
\nOn arrival we\u2019ll provide your required permissions to access the pedestrian area.<\/p>\n

IS THERE A PARKING FOR MY CAR?<\/h6>\n

Dwellings have private parking for a fee of 20 euros per day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

HOW TO STAND OUT THE RESIDENCES?<\/h6>\n

The Houses are divided into three categories: Mini Apartments, Superior Apartments and Two-bedrooms Apartments. They vary from each other: size and accommodation capacity of the guests\u2019s number.<\/p>\n

HOW MANY BEDS ARE THERE INSIDE THE DWELLINGS?<\/h6>\n

Mini Apartments are equipped with 2 beds: 1 bedroom with double bed.
\nSuperior Apartments have 4 beds: 1 bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed.
\nTwo-bedrooms Apartments have six beds: 2 bedrooms and living room with sofa bed.<\/p>\n

ALL THE RESIDENCES HAVE EQUIPPED KITCHENS?<\/h6>\n

Each house has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with pots, dishes, microwave, espresso coffee machine, toaster and all that is needed to cooking and eating for 4\/6 people.<\/p>\n

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING ON THE HOUSES?<\/h6>\n

All Houses have air-conditioned with thermostat to customize the temperature.<\/p>\n

IS THERE TV ON THE HOUSES?<\/h6>\n

All Houses are equipped with digital and satellite connection and flat screen tv.<\/p>\n

IS THERE WASHING MACHINE ON THE HOUSES?<\/h6>\n

In each dwelling there is a washing machine available to guests.<\/p>\n

IS IT PROVIDED LINEN FOR ROOM AND BATH?<\/h6>\n

Each apartment is equipped with all bed and bath linen, excellent quality.<\/p>\n

WHAT CAN I FIND IN THE BATHROOM?<\/h6>\n

CAN I USE INTERNET?<\/h6>\n

Wi-Fi Free connection, 24-hour free, with fiber fast connection to the public Internet network at 50Mb is available to all guests.<\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE INCLUDED SERVICES IN THE DAILY RATE?<\/h6>\n

In the price services included are: internet free everywhere available, room and bathroom cleaning every day (except holidays), express check-in and check-out, multilingual staff, luggage room, bedroom and bathroom linen.<\/p>\n

IS THE CLEANING INCLUDED?<\/h6>\n

Daily cleaning are included in the price. However, for longer than two nights stays, there is an additional cost of 35 euros (Mini Apartments and Apertments with View) and 45 euros (Two-Bedrooms) for final cleaning.
\nThe price does not include the kitchen reorganization and washing dishes, that can be requested as extra service. (Prices are in a list within each dwelling).<\/p>\n

BREAKFAST IS SERVED?<\/h6>\n

Upon arrival in the House you will find espresso coffee, tea, and other small snacks.
